Round 2 Game day round up V Leeton

And we are underway!!!!!

After a long preseason and round one bye we are very excited to get our premiership defence underway. Many thanks to all involved in getting our Jumper presentation up and running this is always a great night to start the year and was well attended.

The Wagga Tigers family would like to pass on its respects to Carol, Jason and the Morton family on the passing of Lindsay. Lindsay was a regular around the football watching his son then grandsons play and will be sorely missed by all. As a mark of respect all players and officials will be wearing black arm bands today.

With the success of 2016 behind us we wish all those who have moved on all the best with their football endeavours and welcome all new faces to the club for this upcoming season. With departure comes opportunity and those given the chance we wish you all the best.

Today marks a milestone in Campbell “Freddy (Bood???)” Lovell’s 50th first grade game. We hope this is the first of many milestones for Campbell who has been a main stay in our side over the last 3 years.

Finally I have been told I have little shoes to fill all I have to do is actually watch the football, spell check and know who plays other than Shaun and I should be right. Thanks for your efforts last year PJ but stick to selling houses.
